Preparation

Thaw in refrigerator overnight or in a sink filled with cool water for 30 minutes or until completely thawed.

Oven: preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. Place pork in roasting pan and season to taste. Cook in oven for 15 minutes per side.

Grill: season to taste. Grill over medium heat basting frequently with your favorite sauce and cook for 10-15 minutes per side.
