Slow-grill this all-natural, Grass-fed thick and juicy boneless lamb chop from Colorado for a dinner the whole family will love.

Preparation

Defrost in a sink filled with cool water for 15-20 minutes. Preheat grill. Place lamb on cool side of the grill and cover with a disposable aluminum tray (this traps and regulates heat). Once the lamb reaches desired temperature place on hot side of grill and sear about 2 minutes on both sides. Let rest for 10 minutes and serve.
