Red Snapper is a wonderfully flavored fish that pairs well with a light salad, or any recipe calling for fish. Skin on, but fully scaled, our Red Snapper fantastic on the grill  pan seared or even for sushi dishes.

No Sodium Trypolyphosphate is used (commonly sprayed on fish when presented as 'fresh').
