Delicious ready to cook Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes. With 80% crab meat. These will be a hit with any meal or as the main course. Makes an amazing sandwich!
Flash frozen and vacuum sealed in twin packages. Each crab cake is about 4oz.

Preparation
It's best to thaw before cooking. Cook to an internal temperature of 160℉.
Broil: Spray or coat pan with oil. Place 6" from coals. Turn cakes once during cooking. Cook 9 minutes if thawed; 12 min if frozen.
Bake: Preheat oven to 400℉. Spray or coat pan with oil. Place pan on rack in middle of oven. Turn cakes once during cooking. For convection ovens, reduce cooking time by approximately 1/8. 400℉ for 15 min if thawed; 500℉ for 26 min if frozen.
Pan fry: Cook in 1/8" to 1/4" oil in pan. Heat to medium temperature. Turn cakes once during cooking. 5 min if thawed; not recommended from frozen.
Deep fry: Heat oil 325-350℉. Cook 3 min if thawed; 6 min if frozen.
Though not common, crab shell particles may be present.
