For Steak: Defrost in a sink filled with cool water 15-20 minutes. Preheat grill to high heat and lightly oil grill grates with olive oil. Sear steak 1-2 minutes per side. Move steaks to indirect heat or turn grill down to medium heat and continue cooking for (2-3 minutes for rare, 4-5 minutes for medium rare, 5-6 minutes for medium per side) or until desired doneness has been achieved.

For Chicken: Defrost in a sink filled with cool water for 15-20 minutes. Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil grill grates with olive oil. Grill Chicken 6-7 minutes per side or until cooked through.

Bourbon Steak:
