Our lean Bison Tenderloin Filets are satisfyingly tender with a mild, slightly wild flavor. At 8oz per steak this is a hearty portion for any plate and delivers a mouthwatering beefy flavor with less fat content than most beef cuts.
The filet is cut from the heart of the tenderloin then vacuum sealed in twin-packs and flash frozen to lock in quality.
From premier ranches in Colorado, Wyoming and Motana, these bison are sustainably raised on a vegetarian diet of grasses and grains. No hormones or antibiotics.

Thaw the steaks in their packaging in cold water or in the fridge. Get your cast-iron pan hot with some cooking oil or cook on the bbq (we of course love the TEC Grill). Add salt and pepper or some seasoning and sear both sides for about 2-3 min and aim for about 130°F (less for rare, more for medium) but don't overcook. Let rest for 3-5 min before serving.
