Preparation
Defrost steak in package either by placing in the refrigerator overnight or in a sink filled with cool water for approximately 20 minutes.
Once defrosted remove meat from package and allow to rest 15 minutes at room temperature.
Heat grill to high.
Once grill is heated sear meat for 3 minutes per side. Then move to indirect heat or reduce heat to medium and continue cooking.
Rare: 7 to 11 minutes
Medium Rare: 8 to 13 minutes
Medium: 11 to 14 minutes
Once desired doneness has been reached allow steak to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
