Angus Beef Tender Tips are sliced filet mignon pieces that are excellent for stir-fry, stew meat or use as a portion control steak option. These are trimmed from the beef tenderloin of Black Angus stock, selected for the highest marbling content.
Sourced from ethical, high standard family ranches in Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska and Kansas.

Defrost in a sink with cool water for approximately 20 minutes.
Heat a grill with a grill pan to high or a saute pan on the stove on med-high. Cook meat for about 4-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the pieces.
