Gourmet smoked thick slice bacon from Middle America. Two flavors to compliment the perfect cuts: Applewood Smoked and Hickory Smoked Black Pepper. Absolutely delicious for breakfast, on a burger or with your creative beverage.
Two 1.5lb packages of each flavor for a total of 6lb.

Stove Method: Start bacon in a cold pan, laying the strips flat. Turn stove to low or medium low. Flip bacon often to brown evenly on each side and cook until desired doneness is achieved. Lay cooked bacon on a paper towel to drain grease.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place a cooling rack inside baking sheet. Lay bacon on cooling rack and bake for 15-20 minutes. Lay cooked bacon on paper towel to drain grease.
